Oring groove help!!!!

Here is a zip to go file Im working with and need some help on a tool path to use either a simple tool path or surface toolpaths to use on my oring grooves

any help would be greatly appericiated

Hello Chris,

 

I noticed you said you were working on this file, but all I saw in your tool list was large diameter cutting tools. I saw some 1" tools, a couple face mills, and others.

 

You'll need a smaller ball endmill in order to cut those surfaces. I used a .125 diameter ball endmill and Surface Finish Flowline to produce this:
