Supertrim Crashes Mcam 8.1.1

I just started at a new place and they have Mcam8.1.1

 

Everytime I try to trim a surface ...even the simplest forms... I get an exe error.

 

Could they have messed something up on the upgrades?

 

Should I start from scratch?

 

I have used Supertrim in the past and never had this problem, but I did do all of my own installs.

 

Oh BTW this is billh of [email protected]. Not any longer though.

 

CadCam or James any thoughts?

Have you tried to reinstall the moldplus and have you tried to reinstall the Mastercam with the repair function upon install that might help if not contact you local dealer and see if they can get you the link to a fresh download of that version of Moldplus we have V( and it all works fine here with no problems but not V8 so sorry I cant be more help.
