Transform rotary to cut spline???

Cutting a spline with a double angle cutter on a rotary table. Basic contour tool path then transforming about the x axis. Verify looks good, but posted code keeps changing the w/c. Angles are correct just, every angle has its own w/c. Tried messing with every parameter I could in transform.. If this doesn't/ can't be made to work, any other options??? I saw a similar post, just no one answered. Usually I would use a manual entry, but the teeth are pretty fine it would be a huge pita. Not to mention I need to have it verify and post correctly.

To keep the same work coordinate, make sure the "Work Offset" field is enabled, and set to "0". You do this on the "Planes" page in the Contour toolpath.

Reading the other thread and now personal trials. In x6 I can't have "increment" be zero (have not tried in older versions yet personally). All other combinations give same results g54,g55, g56....even with work offset numbering checked as off. I tried doing axis substitution, but having issues because I am using the side of the tool. Bangs head

Tried locking w/c with misc integer #9 with a mpmaster post, no avail.
