Here's a quick 'n' dirty way to resize an image and you don't even have to download anything! wink.gif

 

Fire up mspaint (Start | Programs | Accessories | Paint) and open the file that you want to resize. Now using the menu, go Image | Stretch/Skew. In the "Stretch" section, enter horizontal and vertical values less than 100 to shirnk the image and values larger than 100 is enlarge the image (raster images will get nasty looking though). I say this is quick 'n' diry because you can't enter pixel values; only percentages. To see if you're within our 96x96 range, go Image | Attributes and take a gander at the resolution. HTH.
