Yes you can. Make sure you are in top view. I like to draw my tools on a 1/1 scale for the Y axis and .5/1 scale for the X axis. Make sure the bottom of in this case center of the tool starts at 0,0,0 then Draw toward to the X positive direction for half of the spun profile of the tool. Draw along the Y axis the exact lengths. Do not draw a center line or use splines to define a tool. Make sure when the shape is finished at the top that he line ends at X0. Tool is 3" long and as a 1/2 shank then the line at the top will Start at X.25,Y3.0 and end at X0.0,Y3.0 to finish your tool and close the shape.
