  1. Old school IGS file will be smaller than Parasolid. Also in Mastercam, if you save all solids as wireframe and surfaces. The file will be smaller. But , I do prefer to work with solids.
  2. Try command Tooling follow the link below https://www.commandtooling.com/accessories
  3. Shoot me a DM if you would like to learn more about TopSolid.
  4. RFID is the way to go. But a little expensive. The pic below is available from any tool holder manufacturer.
  5. AS far as I know, the Haas control does not have what you are looking for. Makino's FMS has what you are looking for. You could use a macros on the Haas to do that. But it would be very complex. But doable.
  6. Do you have Do you have Mastercam using all of the CPU on the Xeon? You can control that in the settings, same place you tell mastercam to use the graphics card. The graphics card is another thing you should check. Make sure mastercam is using it.
  7. Do you need sharp corners? If not use a bull noise endmill with a .03 corner radii. Try the machining advisor pro from Harvey Tools. I have had great luck using feeds and speeds on 17-4. https://www.harveyperformance.com/machining-advisor-pro/
  8. I 2nd that!!! it's in a safe mode for a reason.
  9. Forget I mention anything, G87 is a bore cycle in milling. I'm going with marco is your best bet.
  10. Would it be possible to use G87? That is peck in a radial drill cycle for Doosan lathe. It pecks in X axis.
  11. You might be able to find a manual here http://nicecoder.com/edm_instruction_manuals.pdf
