Trunnion Rotation problems

I'm hoping someone can help me figure out why my program is posting like it is.  All I am wanting it to do is move to A45. and rotate the around the B axis to drill the three holes around the part.  Instead it is rotating the A axis from A45.  to A-45.  then back to A45.  I feel like my file is set up correctly but I'm not sure if there is something I am missing in the  in the machine or control definition or if it is something with the post.  I am using the generic haas 5ax trunnion mill post and running X8.  Any help is appreciated.   Thanks in advance.

Change this value to a 1. See screenshot.

Note you don't have to do this in you machine def. it can be done in the operation.
