X8 options not working on all paths

I've been trying to use the X8 coolant options to output our CTS after toolchanges. It works ok on most paths, but not all.

It doesn't work on my drilling ops or my 2D HS Peelmilling. The option is there in the canned text dialog (1105 Custom option 3 On ), but selecting it & clicking the Add after button does nothing.

It works fine on the 2D HS Dynamic milling paths.

Anyone have an idea on where I should start looking for this?

Actually, it doesn't work at all! The dialog box accepts the canned text selection, but it doesn't output any code. It does output in the Before dialog. Also, it seems that it's not the particular toolpaths that are not accepting the canned text, it is some quantity limit, 20 instances, I think.
