Exporting stock models to STL

I need to export a stock model to an STL file but I need to reference a different WCS for easier import into Vericut.  Currently when I export a stock model to an STL file it always defaults to the TOP WCS so it imports into Vericut off in left field.  Saving solids or surfaces from the level manager to a STL works just fine though.  Any ideas?
