I first started having this problem with a service patch update from X7. With X8 and X9 it got better, but it still persists. The problem is that occasionally when I translate or, rotate or mirror, the item I transform turns red, but no move is made. It will do this repeatedly until I finally save my work and reopen the file. Once this is done I can transform without issue. This used to happen 1/3 of the time with X7, but now happens about once a week. Anyone else have this issue?
