Having problems creating dxf files in X9

Not sure if this is the right place to put this, but here goes. 

Whenever I create a dxf file in X9, then open that dxf file in anything else, all my dimensions are exploded into lines, arcs and notes.  

I've been working with V9 for umpteen years and never had this problem.  Just upgraded to X9 a couple weeks ago.  Am I hosed or is there a fix somewhere?

What is the issue, as what is you are trying to output and what are you expecting the Dim to be. Oh and welcome to 10 years later in software.

That is the way SaveAs DWG/DXF works. There's such a disparity between the dimensions that AutoCAD supports and the dimensions that we support that the only way to get something out that looks good is to 'explode' our dimensions on the way out.
