X9 Won't startup. Please help?

I need help fella's. I'm trying to use X9 after installing full version. After installed I double clicked the X9 Icon and the program goes to the splash icon and begins loading. Once the initial program screen pops up the following crash report appears. It states that "Mastercam has stopped working". It doesn't tell me why or what is malfunctioning. Can anyone tell me what my options are to correct this matter?

did X9 ever work?

do you have an integrated video card? if so that is sometimes the cause

try updating the graphics driver

 

try deleting your config files

look in the my documents my mcamx9/config folder

delete the 2 default mcamx.confg and mcamxm.config files

I still haven't got it started. I tried to update my graphics card driver but none were available. I also deleted the config files but nothing changed. Do you think my graphics card sucks?  intel with 1.5 gb of max memory

Just an update about my issues with loading X9 on my computer. I believe the problem lies with my graphics card. I downloaded the same X9 file onto another computer and it had no issues starting up.
