Fanuc 0i-TD parameter question

We have a new Samsung cnc lathe with the Fanuc 0i-TD control.

Is there a parameter that can change it so it reads a number without a decimal as a whole number?

and

SHOULD I change this?

Reason I'm asking is that we run a lot of repeat jobs and they are programmed on our Okuma cnc lathe.

Okumas don't need a decimal for a whole number.   ie:  X12 is read as 12 inches not .0012" like the Fanuc reads it.

If there is a parameter and I change it, would this mess up anything else?

Thanks.

I would recommend against changing this because it may affect canned cycles at first glance.

But... should you choose to investigate further it may do this without affecting it. Never done it so proceed at your own risk. :)

#3401.0

0= Normal Decimal Point Input.

1= The unit of mm, inches, degrees, or seconds (time)
