Spindle Speed problem

good afternoon,

 

Our spindle speed was programmed when creating our tool libraries, after chaining, verifying, and posting. then transferring to the machine the router will not leave home and does not spin, when looking into the coding, it shows that there is no spindle speed programmed. I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on why this is happening
