Master Cam like software for 3D printers???

We have very recently got into the 3D printer world. Two "printers" of different makes.
Not ideal but a long story that I just have to deal with. Anyway both these printers have there own built in
CAM like software. It occurred to me that there should be a Master Cam like software out there and just post it to each machine like we do every day.
Instead of learning software for every different make of machine.
 
Maybe an idea for MC....  Wire, Lathe, Router, mill and 3D printer????
