Hello Mastercam Users/Veterans

Please advice me how to customize the visibility of Tool Diameter offset text box in the Drill Operation. I am using a Drill Tool and the value of the offset is being taken from the tool number. If suppose I am using a Tool Number 5 i wanted to add 1005 in the diameter offset rather than 5 which is defaulty accepted by Mastercam. I need this for Customizing my output for Anilam Post Processor.

Thanking you in advance

Hello,

In the Job Setup, mid-way on the right hand side, there is a box that says "Tool Offset Registers". By default, it is add 0 for length and add 0 for diameter. Change the diameter, to 1000, and that should give you the desired result. To make this change the default, go to screen, configure, NC Settings, click Operation Defaults, then click save, then right click in the "Operations Manager" and go to "Job Setup", make your change there and you'll not have to make that change again (or until you re-install Mastercam in another directory).

Hope that helps.
