Misc intergers description

How do I get the Misc integer description to show up on the Misc values page.

One of my posts does it but several others don't and I can't see any difference.

Am using modified version of MPMaster and MPfan for V8.1

There should be a .txt file with the same name as the .pst file. The descriptions for Misc reals, Misc Integers and Drill Parameter are kept here.

After you make the changes, be sure to re-assign the Post processor in Job Setup, or restart Mastercam for the changes to take effect.

I tried what you said & had no success, it is probavbly my error. Anyway here is the line from my .txt file. How should I edit it so it will output 2 in Misc. integer [1]?

1. "Work Coordinates [0-1=G92, 2=G54's]"

This is nothin new but I'm

You have to change the default setting of miscellaneous integer in post file ( .pst extension)

# Default Miscellaneous Integer Values

---------------------------------------------

Work Coordinates [0-1=G92, 2=G54's] (mi1)? 2

Set this value to 1 for G92 output, 2 for G54, 3 for G55 & so on.
