MX7 keeps remaking old folders

I was working on some programs and posts a while back. I finished up what I was doing and deleted the original folders that the programs were in. Now, for some reason whenever I open up MC is remakes those older folders, just empty.

 

Is there some kind of link I need to delete? Are they related to my post or MMD somehow?

It "could" be but likely, somewhere in your file, a custom tool, an stl.....something is linked back to the older version

 

You may have to hunt a bit to find it

open up A COPY of your config file and search it for those folder names

you've got a default path for something set to those folders

When you launch, it can't find them .. so it builds new ones

OK, I found one of them, it is a desktop folder linked to "Edit/Open External Files (*.*)" in the system configuration.

 

What is that directory supposed to be set to?

whatever you like.. but if you keep deleting it, X7 will make a new one ever time it launches

pick a spot you don't care about.. and forget it
