Horizontal full retract at B rotation

Hello everyone,

   Some how my post does not have G28 G91 Z0 at B rotation, I saw it before but now I'm blind.  I just got into HORIZONTAL CNC for couple months and I hope solve this issue by asking you guys questions.

For those, who may wonder and here how I did it.
