Default machine missing

Hello,

In my System Configuration under Default Machines in the Mill Machine Definition list it shows as blank, I looked in the folder and the machines are there. 

 

Things to note:

The machines for the lathe show up.

I am able through the Operations manager to select the machine that are in that list.

I am able to select the machine from the Machine Type tab but I get errors that state control def not found.

All the files are .control-9 or mmd-9 file types in my shared mcamx9 CNC machines folder.

Is the folder pointed to C:\users\public\documents\shared mcamx9\cnc_machines

You may have a config file that got hosed.

Are you using the Mcam default config?

Have you made personalized settings?

 

You can try changing the name of the config and let Mcam recreate it, that may clear out issue.

I'm using one I created.

 

When I switch to an old one I created the mill files showed up, so it's definitely something got corrupted.

 

I'm going to use the migration wizard to convert that file from X8.
