Misc int and Misc reals

Hey guys, I started modifying a post to use misc int and misc reals and noticed since I installed 2017, X9 is acting funny and not looking at the misc values. I put the following in multiple locations to see if I could even get it to output anything with no success. Has anyone else noticed this?

if mr4$, "test1", e$

I also tried the following just to make sure the second comma was not causing an issue

      if mr4$,
	[
	"test1", e$
	]
      if mr5$,
	[
	"test2", e$
	]

Are you sure the "mr4$" and "mr5$" values are being set?

 

Post out the NCI file. Check the 1011 line. If you see "all zeros" then the values aren't set.

 

FYI, you need to "force" a regeneration on the operation, every time you set a new Misc Value. Otherwise the values don't get written to the NCI...

This. This has boned me square in the pooper several times. I think Misc page should cause the OP to go dirty.

Thank you, apparently I was not forcing the regen. I don't recall having to do that in previous versions. Thank you!
