Sphere tangent to 3 surfaces

I've pulled my last hair out on this.

 

I'm trying to get the sphere tangent to the red, orange and green surfaces. The green being a compound angle.

 

If you look at the model, the sphere is slightly below the green surface. How can I make it tangent?

 

I played with project and others but nothing seems to recognize the sphere.

 

I feel like this is basically a cosine error I used to deal with doing math on a calculator.

offset the surfaces the radius of the sphere direction towards the center of the sphere. create splines / curves at the intersections of the offset surfaces. create a point at the intersection of the splines. that point will be the center of the sphere.

 

i use that method frequently for accurately checking odd shapes with inspection balls. if there's a better way, i'm all ears.

Thanks...that definitely worked. I couldn't figure out how to create splines / curves at surface intersections so I trimmed surfaces to surfaces and created edge curves to get my point for sphere center.

 

Please elaborate on the spline / curve suggestion.
