AC3 it is my understanding that Moduleworks now makes all 3rd Party Post developers pay for us the Machine Simulation tied to a Post. Since this is now a chargeable process I don't see anyone going to give you something they have to pay for. Be nice to do what you are trying to do and commend you on your effort, but end of the day it is still not G and M code simulation. NCSIMUL, CAMPLete and Vericut are the software's that can do this. Mastercam is a CAM software and offers CAV, but it is not 100% and doesn't support on the fly edits like NCSIMUL and CAMPLete does. With Vericut you have to take some extra steps to get the same results.

Ron you are right, but I would like to have a good simulation in Mastercam (one Cam software).

Thank you, Gentlemen!

Far as I know there is no CAM that does everything. There are some that come very close and hide things very well, but many are using 3rd Party things and masking them in their software. When you go to the development side of things and look under the hood of most modern CAM you will see a lot of smoke and mirrors.

Did you email me the other day the sample stuff? If some send me another email and we can have a discussion.
