Has anyone ordered books thru this site?

 I ordered two books through this site, and the shipping was $26.  For that price I expected  next day delivery on a velvet pillow.  Well it's been almost 2 weeks and  I still haven't received my books. They gave me no tracking number, didn't even tell me who the shipping company was.  What is going on? Anyone have experience with this?

No ordered many times over the years and had no issues. Call them Monday and they should get it sorted out for you.

Hello Tom,

You should have received your FedEx tracking# from our print company a while ago, it would come from Mimeo.com. In the future, if you purchase any printed books for Mastercam 2017 or newer you also get immediate access to the eBook version of the book to read while you wait for the printed versions to arrive. You can located the eBooks here  https://www.emastercam.com/clients/purchases/ as long as you're logged in to the account that was used to make the purchase.
