Looking at the stats it looks pretty entry-level.  I'd be wary of the belt drive, I've seen problems with them.  You might actually be better off with a Haas as an entry level machine; direct drive spindle and you can have the fourth axis fully integrated.  I know they have a bad reputation but they seem to have really stepped up their game in the last few years.  I'm using a VF-3SS to cut medical device parts from 17-4 H900 and Ti6Al4V.  833 IPM feeds, and we have the 15KRPM spindle, 41 tool ATC, and probing.  It's been solid, accurate, and reliable for a year and a half with the exception of motor bearings getting noisy once (not spindle bearings) which were replaced for free.
