Quick Masking Set of Holes

I have a plate with different diameter holes. What is the most efficient way to "Quick mask" all of a certain diameter and edit the diameter?

Example: I want to select (100) 3/8 holes and change the diameter to 1/2"

I thought the "Same As" function under Quick Mask Arcs or Scale would do the trick but I can't seem to figure it out.

Look at the Select Only >> Advanced button, then miscellaneous function under Masking..it allows a diameter selection

A work around is to select your arcs as John described and move them to another level. Then do create circle and lock that. Next go to auto cursor and lock that on arc center. Quickly click on any part of the circles to be changed. Once your done with that re select the original circles as before and hit delete. Could do what you want in just a couple of minutes.
