Tool Setter Post

This isn't exactly a  Mastercam post question but I'm hoping someone can help me.  We just received a new tool setter (standalone unit) that outputs tool offsets to the machine via Ethernet.  Everything works great except the post doesn't output a (%) symbol at the beginning of the program so the machine doesn't input the first line of code.  I'm looking for some help editing this to get an (%) symbol to output at the beginning of the program.  Fanuc 3XiB controls.  Thanks

That was my first thought to but that outputs a % between every tool
