Surface Finish Blend Operation

Hello everyone,

I need to machine a profile pocket using Surface Blend Operation. I have made the surface by blending curves but while using Finish Blend Operation I'm unable to contain tool inside the geometry.

Tool Containment dialog box just wont open and it remains at center by default.

 

How do I contain my tool to inside in same operation.

Surface blend requires 2 blend curves.....the path will run center line to center line on those curves, there is no other contain method on that path

Here is an older video on the blend path. but the thought on how it works still works today in the newer version. Hope this helps on how the Surface Blend path works.
