Tool Type in Active Report

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,
   I'm not sure this is the right place to post for Active Report questions, please correct me where should I post my question about this.

   My question is, in Active report there is a TAG as called "TYPE" under tool.  Basically, it would call out a "pre-defined name" for a tool type.  For instance, if you are assigned a FLAT END MILL, "TYPE" will output as "ENDMILL1 FLAT" and would like it to be my own words like "FLAT END MILL".

   I've been trying for a week under VB language as the ACTIVE REPFORT built in allow but failed and I'm indeed need you guys expert.

Here are my codes and thank you for your responds:

    If (txtTYPE1 = endmill1) Then

         ToolType.Text = "FLAT END MILL"

    End If
