where has the Linearization Tolerance window gone in 2018?

the pic is from mastercan 2017 lathe finishing parameters using a nurbs spline as geometry. When using mastercam 2018, the Linear Tolerance field window is missing and the spline is interpolated roughly when machined. I solved this particular problem by simplifying the spline to an arc and reposting. But I need to have a better solution going forward. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Use the filter option and run a tolerance of .00001

We do lots of parts with profiles defined by point tables

We make a spline from the point table then use "Break many/Arcs" with a resolution of .0002

We've been doing it this way for more than a decade and the results have always been visually good and achieve the

required  .005" profile tolerance.

I tried your suggestion, but the posted code was the same as it was using 0.025 tolerance. In 2017 reducing the linearization tolerance brings the points of the spine much closer together in the post producing a less faceted surface.

hello gcode, that is very close to the fix I used on my part, but using your method would allow more complicated splines to be simplified.
