Helix Bore Incremental Selection Issue

When I click on geometry in helix bore linking page say for depth, it seems to be populating the box with absolute values and not incremental from entity values like in say contour when incremental is selected.  Does the same thing with associative, its absolute, and not from the associative point.  I thought it used to go from the chain or entity for incremental when you had the incremental radio button selected?

Odd, and wicked annoying.
