Lathe / turning VNMG 12 08 02 corner radius 0.2 mm selection

Hello , 

Please any one help me out ,

How to select VNMG insert corner Radius 0.2 mm ...? Or any type inserts with corner R0.2mm ..

In mastercam lathe module , opened tool editing page their I could not getting 02 number to select ,

Their I'm getting only 00,04,08,12,24 

But I want to create toolpath by using VNMG insert with R0.2mm .

So please anyone help ...

& also where can I get korley , walter & taegutec make inserts turning tool list ? (  as default getting in mastercam  of make sandvic , kenametal etc...  )

My next projects with selection of above mentioned make inserts so if anyone using it means share .tooldb files to [email protected]

If you can't find them, make them...

That's what you have to do...

Save an existing holder & insert that's close, modify it as needed and save it, use it.

Its taking much time ...

 

Save 'tool geometry' as entity option & editing corner radius in geometry entity saving in separate layer & creating new tool ( as customized tool )...

 

Its horrible ,

&  instead of doing that , its very easy to right manual program by using canned cycles .

What was the use of this software ....?

In other CAM software gave that option to select R0.2 mm .

So no other way to select easily insert corner of R0.2mm ...! ( instead of doing tool customize option )

Geez... You're complicating it... 

Pick a 0.4 tool, change it to 0.2 and save... 

If you consider this is taking too much time you're not doing it right. 

By the way, the simple fact that you chimed in here to ask about this makes me wonder about if you got any training...
