You can copy the originals across from

C:\Program Files\Mcam2019\common\SharedDefaults\mill

If you know how to get into your OP defaults.....right click and select 2D Solid Chamfer while in your OP defaults, it will get added....

 

This happens between versions when the user updates the OP defaults from the previous version...when there are new toolpaths in the newer version, they don't exist in the old op defaults file until they get added as noted..done once is all is takes

Sorry, wasbn't near a computer with Mastercam last night..

 

 

Once you go in there, right click and the select the OP that needs to be added.....green check all the way out, it should now be added to your OP defaults
