Hello, what post processor for mastercam can I use to work with different planes in fourth axis?

 

I build pieces with different construction plans, and only gives me the g54

You can log on to www.mastercam.com and download the post install.  It will have a lot of generic posts that will support this.

Just FYI you don't need a different offset for every plane. If you set up your WCS and Toolplanes correctly Mastercam will make all the calculations and output code to run off 1 Work Offset.

You can also assign a unique Work Offset for every plane but that's just more information to maintain for the operator.

I use the mpmaster post from this site for all my mill posts, simply because they come with "built in" features such as "High Speed / Lookahead " codes which are time consuming to add.
