2019 arc selection center point only visible?

2019 arc selection doesn't high light when selected ( only centetpoint) center point of..... top hole champher ? Actual arc I need ? Or some random corner radius close to the action ?! 

So now we have to mask / hide the EXACT ARC we are picking ( Thread milling VERY Important) the geo to make sure we nailed it ?

( as I usually say to Q.C.)

Sweetly " unless I'm doing something wrong" ?

Which I am 51% of the time lol
