Going to have to check ALL the path directories....something is pointing back to your X7 installation....

I hope you didn't copy your X7 config to your 2019 installation, if you did, shut down, delete the config and restart with a fresh 2019 config and edit that as needed...

Use the migration tool to update your old files to your new version. However, I am not sure it will work with old X7 files.

No, I have not installed the 2019 yet. This is happening in x7 ....I know it's old. but for right now I have to use this.

It's complaining about a missing KeyMap file -> Mastercam.kmp
Either: Restore it from your configuration backups. (You do have backups of your CONFIG, correct?)
Or:  Go into your "my mcamx7\CONFIG" folder and see you have a "Default.kmp" file in there.
Make a copy of it can name it "Mastercam.kmp"

Hello, The problem was the M in Mastercam.kmp was lower case.,...And mastercam could not read it.  Thanks for your help.
