CURVE SLICE missing arcs

Attempting to use Curve Slice but I am missing lines at the area of transition between a curved an vertical wall.  Is the problem from the imported solid or a tolerance setting in curve slice I am missing. Slice is at .010" and missing some lines from 4 slice levels.

I think this started in 2018. If an edge exists, no curve is generated. Very frustrating because you cannot do a tool path with a wire/solid edge combo, so you have to draw them in again. DUMB.

The solid has been re-worked a couple times and has caused either 3 or 4 levels of .010" slices to be partial, yet the edge should be at one elevation.
