Evening guys im working on a stand alone 4th axis post and when it indexes it goes 0,90,180,270,360,450,540 and so on it never stops back at zero. Just wondering if there is something in my post I can change to get it to rest at 0.

Open the Machine Definition File, and in the "Machine Configuration" Tree area, "right-click" on the Rotary A Axis component, and choose "Properties". In the Properties dialog, there are 3 settings for Continuous Axis Type.

The default is "Continuous", which means the A-Axis is allowed to "Wind up".

The other 2 options are "signed direction, absolute angle (Gives you + or - 360 degrees. 720 of total travel)

The 3rd option is "shortest direction, absolute angle. This will limit all A-Axis output to 0-360 degrees.  (only allows positive angle output.)
