Easy Andrew, easy now. That window is a clean,brand new $350 (american) Pella replacement window.

What your experiencing is a combination of a cheap camera (Lego, build by Logitech)and sun glare on that aforementioned window. You see, this is New Jersey and as the saying goes, "If you don't like the weather, wait a minute" The glare is from the now glorius sunshine.

 

ps, It's also overexposing just a little. I could fix that if I enable remote admin on my cam server.
