Maho 400E Philips 432 controller

I would like to increase the file transfer rate beyond our current blistering "16cps transfer rate". I have maxxed out the machine constants setting to provide for 9600baud transfer and receive rates and duplicated this in the Dmax settings as well. Trouble is that when I reduce the delay setting below 50ms in Dmax...I receive errors in transmission and failure results.

If anyone is familiar with the Maho 400E w/Philips controller...and has success with higher transfer rates. I would appreciate your assistance.

Didn't know they where still in Business been about 12 years since I seen a Maho. We use to DNC and found it best to leave it as it was. Yeah I know them big files suck but that is the nature of the beast.

We have Maho 700C with phillips 432 controller and we have the same problem.We try a lot of different settings but can't get any higher than 9600 baud. Be careful with higher rates beacause controller may "eat" some of your G code and you will gauge.
