Hi, I just saw your post. I wanted to ask you a few things:
Did you create the post?
Did you start from an existing one?
Is it a 3-axis or 5-axis?
I ask why I would like to create one for my new routerWhether building a post from scratch, or buying a new one customized to your machine, your reseller can hook you right up!

if it takes 10 or 30 minutes to regen and you want to finish a few things and regen when you are finished adjusting or take a break.
If it's just one Op, there's a check box on the parameters page to enable/ disable

The red point is actually two points separated by the amount shown.
If possible, delete the short segment and trim the arc and remaining line and chaining should work.
Alternately, adjust your chaining tolerance and chain will work.

In Solidworks, you can rename the Planes so that they match Mastercam.
I believe you edit the Default Templates so that you have the correct orientation on start-up

STL files are not solid models.
If you can share a file, you'll get more ideas.

Any idea how they generate a crappy circle like that?
Likely just crappy translators

Your 'circle' consists of a bunch of short, line segments.
Place 3 points around the 'circle' and use those with Circle/Edge Point-3 points command.
From there you can come close

That part, I'm not sure. I do all my drafting in Solidworks.

File/Configuration/Files.
There are options to save specific file types in specific locations.

I had a similar issue a couple of releases back. It was tied to using a surface model as stock in an early operation.

Works great!
Thanks!!

Installer errors. Had to extract and manually point to file locations.

3 posts in and you're already being a d!ck. Nice.
I know, right? Imagine if he had actually asked for a post instead of help fixing the one he had ?
I would hate to see what kind of A$$hole he'd be then.
