After a tool change, the mist coolant(m07) doesn't turn back on, and I have to put it in manually, which I forget to do most of the time. Also, when I have a plunge feed different than the cutting feedrate, the cutting feedrate isnt getting put in the right place. Usually a few lines after where it should be( with disastrous results). Can anyone help me with these problems? Iv'e been living with these problems for way to long, and its time to fix them. Thanks, Rick

I think he just downloaded it, but never installed it. sometimes there is no talking to him. The other 2 seats of Mastercam we have are the same as mine. I can download it myself, but I cant run them (need to have administrative access for that). Oh well. Is sp2 worth it?

Tlked with the IT guy, and he insists he installed it. I dont think so, but oh well.

upper left says: Mastercam Mill Version 9.1 MR0304 I'm assuming its March of 2004. Is there a more current update than that? I know this may be a stupid question, but it came up in conversation. Thanks, Rick

How do I tell which sevice pack I have? I questioned my boss, and he has no clue if he installed it or not.

Thank you for the welcome. Its a pleasure being here!!!!! Yes it is a hiedenhien control. I actually like it better than the fanuc controls. When there is no work for the Mikron, they put me on an old(mid 80's) mori seiki. Its like the dark ages.

Check that last reply. I made a mistake. I added a ":" thinking I needed it. got rid of it and it works now. sorry bout that. Thanks for all the help. I'm sure I will have other questions at some point.

Greg, I tried adding sextnc H to my post, in a place where it is simmiliar to yours, and it came up with an error message. Is there another line I need to add for this to work? Like I said before, I appologize for the post question. Thanks, Rick

guy, I did a search of "sextnc" and there was none found. I looked through the post one line at a time, and couldn't find anything about extention name, or .NC for that matter. Sorry to be asking about a post. I didn't think it was going to that type of question. Iowajim, where should I add this line to my post. Greg, I am trying to avoid having to change .nc to .h.

I need to post out my programs with the .H extension, for the MIKRON that I run. Can someone help me with this. I have been unable to find the setting in the configuration page.
