I don't even get to the activation screen. It bypasses that option and goes straight to No Mastercam license found. Is there a way to get to activation screen without opening MCAM 2017?

I get "No Mastercam license found" message but I don't get the "Do you have an activation code" after that. It just exits?

gcode - We went to HASPX and it shows Serial number 0 and HASP not found. NHASPX is set to local and HASP

X9 on a WIN 10 Starts X9 and gets error "Your SIM is not enabled for the necessary product" Verisurf X9 STILL starts up though and it shows his SIM number. When he tries to start a measurement device he gets, "HASP Not found. Please check if it is plugged in. Go to HASPX and it shows Serial number 0 and HASP not found. I've tried HASP Setup to no avail.

I am at a loss on how to create the transition surface from the single port to the dual ports. I thought something in 3 surface blend would get it but no luck. Ports.mcam

I have just installed, as Admin, X5 on a Dell M6500. Windows 7 Ultimate - SP1. It is a 64bit. The install went ok. HaspX says I am licensed. When I start X5 (as Admin)I can see in Task Manager that the process begins. After 3-5 seconds the process disappears from TaskManager. I don't get a splashscreen or anything. The process just dies. Any ideas?

I can't find a way to change my cursor color. Is is set by being the opposite color of my background?

If I hit Cancel in the Settings > Customize menu OR the Settings > Toolbar States menu X3 does the following: I hear a beep and all the icon toolbars except for the 3 ribbon bars disappear. X3 locks up and I can't even go to task manager. After about 3 minutes it releases. The icon toolbars are still missing but I can close X3. When I open X3 again it is all back to normal. On a side note, if I close those menu's using the RED X at the top right of the panel the panel closes fine.

Thank you for the supportive quotes and great screen shots of our software in action. We were interested in what type of digitizer and software you used in X2 that is not working in X3. We may have something to help you out with that.
