I know you have used both Pro-E and MC.

I usally set the tolarence to .002 this seems to help in 75% of the time.

I did the Lathe at first it was tape, i would program it in Mastercam then take the code and make the tape.

Then I updated to a BTR then was right to the GE control..

If this at work there is a good chance that the IT made access to FTP not avalable.

Alot of companys do this.Ask your IT guy if you can have access. Here at the school I can not get to the ftp thru IE or FTP software.

But this same laptop at the office I can.
