    Is it possible that the file isn't the same one? I name my file when I start, seemed to work ok. I also set up all my boundaries before any machining. I will keep trying...

    Hello all, I am curious as to what everyone else is changing in the programs before running them. I currently create my toolpaths, then I post them, then I modify them so that they are individual subprograms. The company I work for has it this way for ease of use by the operator and so that the programming for the 4th and 5th axis is simpler. How is everyone else doing this?
