Should my mill come with a program to calibrate my probe or is that something i need to get elsewhere? I need to calibrate a Renishaw probe.. not sure how to do it on this machine

Need help.. Alarm ex0298 pot is existing in magazine. All my settings are good, no alarms. I can do a tool change but once there is a tool in the spindle i cant do another tool change. Any help is greatly appreciated.
