    I work for the National Research Council Of Canada I have been using Matercam for 3 years with our Laser Machining Motion Systems.

    I have tried the "Tech Tip: DWG Malfunction fix", but it did not work. I'm still getting nothing; it did not even ask me to enter the authorization code the first time using the DWG converter. I have uninstalled it and tried again with no results. I am running V8 on Win NT service pack 5. Any solutions?
