WE had the same issue also, after several repair visits, we found out that there was a 'Test" card missing or not sent with our machine. As I was told the test card directs the errors to the correct boards or servos and makes it easier to track down problems. With our $99 card in place we have not had a similar problem.

Thanks gents, I have dynapath controls I'm not near them now but I believe they all also say Anilam. Can either of you use cutter comp? my dealer rep is working with me and we tried the newest post, but I can't tell him what we need to change. Tree mills are discontinued now but still around. They were made in Racine WIS till ? 1995?

Does anyone have a G code example of a Tree mill type II code with cutter compensation or even possibly lenght comp. The one with (0)'s not (E)'s. I cannot seem to figure out the G41 -42 or 43or "C" Variable and just get errors. Thanks! Gman
