Cadcam- No, I have not tried unrolling it. If this is the correct method to use, great - though I feel I should be able to generate this cut without modifying the geometry. I am able to share the file; should I try to upload it to FTP or mail it to your address? I really appreciate your offer of help. By the way, do you know if there have been any additions to Blackbird Airpark recently (anything new besides the two a/c and the D21)? Actually, the dual login thing is something I need to fix. San Jose, Ca is home; I work in Campbell, CA - right next door to San Jose. Again, thanks to all for the help. Jeez, you guys are a rough crowd. Pebkac is in indeed a factor here. I took the same geometry (created by me at my keyboard in my chair) to another seat of Mastercam and it worked perfectly.
