If I have Zero stock on surfaces in my parameters for the cut, the varify thinks I have plus .020 or even more. Even if I have the toolpath go to -.020 stock it thinks I have .020 or more the color code never showes any violation of my part

Can someone help with this I was using the compare to STL feature with MR1 and when I went to M2 and now X2 it still doesn't work?

You may have to Create,Curve,Create curve on all edges to get started I would use a new level Some .STP and .IGS have a hard time in solids if not saved right at your customer.

we found the problem with the compair to stl he had his Display speed--- Quality at 1/2. At full quality on the display, all is good . Thanks for all the help

I am running SP1 and the one that is having the problem is on MR1 we are going to try to se if it works in my box

Do you find the "compare to .stl" has a hard time with bull nose cutters and is not accurat?

You should be fine, just some reaching problems that will only change your feeds and speeds. And yes move that tool back befor rotation moves. Go for it you will add that to your list of machines you can program.
